The process


Free 20 min consultation

Starting therapy or even beginning with a new therapist can be daunting. To ensure I am the right fit for you, I offer a free 20-minute phone call or video call. This gives you the opportunity to feel confident in choosing someone who understands your specific challenges and to ask any questions you may have to find the right person for your journey.


50 min sessions

When we start working together, I will offer you weekly or bi-weekly sessions via Google Meets. The fee is £60 per session (£75 for couples). During this dedicated time, please ensure you are in a confidential place where you cannot be interrupted. Therapy sessions are about focusing on yourself, and creating the right environment is essential for self-exploration.


Regular reviews

Your progress and well-being are a key part of therapy. We will review our work together regularly to ensure you are getting the most out of your sessions. We will assess progress, examine our collaborative process, identify areas of focus, discuss challenges you may be experiencing, and evaluate what strategies are working effectively.
